It’s the most wonderful time of the year, so gather your favourite people and join us for good food, great company and plenty of festive cheer. Think delicious roast turkey, sparkling cocktails, steaming mugs of mulled wine, log fires, mountains of mince pies and perhaps the odd festive tipple or two. Come and soak up the Christmas spirit in our warm and cosy pub & restaurant, or pull on your favourite Christmas jumper and head to our enclosed, heated barn and outdoor covered terrace.
Our 2026 Christmas Party Menu is available throughout December for pre-booked parties of 1-50 people, Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday evenings from 5pm. We can also cater for more informal groups celebrating the season with festive drinks, canapés & mince pies too.
For larger groups, if you are looking for somewhere a little more private we have several flexible spaces to suit.
Garden Room – Our popular and flexible Garden Room accommodates up to 40 seated guests and is ideal for both sit-down dining and larger standing receptions of up to 80. For bigger parties including standing finger buffets we can expand the space onto our lovely terraces and bar area too. Whether you’re celebrating a Christmas party, birthday, anniversary, celebration of life or bringing the family together for a reunion, this lovely room provides the perfect setting.
Barn – Our charming Barn is a covered and heated versatile space that’s perfect for more private dining. Warm & cosy in the winter, it provides a welcoming setting and the perfect place to show off your new Christmas jumper. The Barn comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests seated.
Snug – True to its name, the Snug is a cosy, semi-private space within our bar area that is always a popular choice. Perfect for smaller gatherings, it comfortably seats up to 15 guests across three tables, making it ideal for relaxed celebrations, casual dining and get-togethers with family, friends or colleagues.

New Years Eve – This is always a very special night. Join us is celebrating the arrival of 2027! Normal service during the day and early evening. From 7pm we will be running our New Years Eve Set Menu including a glass of fizz! Our Menu will be published early September. In the bar there will be a DJ/ Live music and dancing. Please call us to book 01784 455014 We will also be selling bar tickets for £10 per person from 1st December.
